HSIIDC is a Government Company incorporated on March 8, 1967, under section 617 of the Companies Act, 1956 with a 100% equity stake of the Government of Haryana. The Registered and Corporate Office of the Corporation(HSIIDC) is situated at District Panchkula.
HSIIDC has been at the forefront of developing industrial infrastructure in the State of Haryana under the aegis of the Department of Industries and Commerce, Haryana.
The Corporation has pioneered in the establishment of Industrial Estates, Theme Parks, various Commercial, and Residential projects, across Haryana. HSIIDC is also implementing a few marque infrastructure projects like Western Peripheral Expressway (KMP Expressway), Global City, and Integrated Multi-Modal Logistics Hub.
